Sales & Measurement Consultant

About the role

Closets Pro DMV is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Measurement Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will meet with clients, take accurate measurements of their spaces, discuss their custom closet needs, and help convert consultations into sales.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients' homes to take accurate measurements of closets and other spaces.
• Meet with clients and understand their storage and organization needs.
• Present and explain our custom closet solutions.
• Help clients select materials, colors, and accessories.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the consultation process.
• Follow up with potential clients and help convert consultations into sales.
• Communicate measurements and project details accurately to our design and production team.
• Represent Closets Pro DMV professionally during client appointments.

Compensation

This position offers hourly pay for consultation and measurement appointments, with additional sales compensation/commission opportunities based on successful sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, home improvement, interior design, or custom closets is preferred.
• Comfortable meeting and communicating with clients.
• Ability to take accurate measurements.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client appointments.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
