Sales & Marketing Officer (Showroom)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports
• Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/online payment transactions
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with store/warehouse staff
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Follow company sales policies and promotional guidelines
• Support marketing campaigns and showroom promotions
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
