About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development efforts. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, client communication, and marketing while working on real business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach activities.
  • Handle client calls and explain the company's service offerings in a clear and professional manner.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate the value of our solutions effectively.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales process.
  • Maintain and update all client interactions, meeting notes, and sales activities in the CRM on a daily basis.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between prospects and the senior sales team.
  • Aid in executing sales and marketing initiatives to generate business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and address their initial queries.
  • Work towards converting interested prospects into qualified business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with clients over phone calls and virtual meetings.
  • Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
