Sales & Marketing Associate

The Role

Club 45 is hiring a Sales & Marketing Associate to drive membership, event ticket, sponsor, and camp registration revenue. W-2 commission-only with no cap on earnings and a Colorado minimum-wage backstop on hours worked. We provide the platform; you bring the hustle and conversion.

What You’ll Do

• New member acquisition — tours, trial conversions, follow-ups.
• Membership tier upgrades through outreach.
• Event ticket sales attributed to your campaigns and promo codes.
• Sponsor and partner deal origination, qualification, and close.
• Corporate and group bookings (private rentals, team events).
• Summer camp registration drives.
• Pipeline reporting (weekly), commission verification (monthly), strategy review (quarterly).

What You Bring

• 2+ years of sales experience (consultative, membership, hospitality, or services).
• Comfort on the phone and in member-facing settings.
• Reliable transportation for off-site sponsor / corporate prospecting.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

• $115 per new member signup (after 30-day hold).
• $60 per membership tier upgrade.
• 8% of net event ticket revenue (attributed).
• 10% of net new sponsor revenue (12-month cap).
• 10% of net corporate/group bookings.
• $60 per attributed camp registration.
• 5% of vendor referral revenue.
• Colorado minimum-wage backstop on hours worked.
• Estimated total comp: $35,000–$90,000+ depending on volume.
