About the role
This is a newly created position with a clear training plan in place for when you start. We need someone who is genuinely great at keeping things organized (bonus points for not getting frustrated with those who aren't), following through, and making sure nothing and nobody falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls via RingCentral; route inquiries and follow up
- Enter every customer interaction into our CRM — keeping our pipeline clean and current
- Re-engage past leads through specified follow-up sequences
- Cook with the construction team to capture and organize job site media for social use
- Manage social media pages — keep info fresh, accurate, and fun in an on-brand and organized way
- Respond to emails, phone calls, social media DMs, and comments
- Post content to Facebook and Instagram (project photos, milestone updates, community news)
- Schedule groundbreaking ceremonies, 4-way walkthroughs, homeowner orientations, tours, meetings, etc.
- Point of contact for Sales & Marketing Manager — manage digital document storage and calendar
- Handle closing gifts, cards, and thank-you notes
- Receive and input warranty requests
- Complete new homeowner documentation, warranty & warranty program enrollment
- Help with pre-construction tasks as needed, such as uploading project documents; creating drafts of customer-facing “Daily Logs”, and making phone calls as needed.
- Manage physical signage, flyers, and print logistics
- Draft documents, contracts, and blog posts for review
- Set up model homes with Utour and help keep them stocked with snacks and tidy
Requirements
- Exceptionally organized
- Strong communicator
- Tech-comfortable
- Self-directed
- Proactive
- Local to Sweetwater or Uinta County; be able to come in-person for various needs
- Real estate, new home construction, social media, or admin experience a big plus, but not required
- CRM or project management experience preferred
- Have a quiet, professional space to work on a daily basis
- Have dependable transportation and an active driver's license
- Willing to answer calls and respond to messages on Saturdays and evenings
- Willing to learn new skills and methods
Benefits
- Starting at 15 hours per week with a path to 35–40 hours as the role grows
- $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
- Mostly remote — occasionally in-person for training and events, plus routine outings
