Responsibilities
- Assist Sales and Marketing Managers with special projects and administrative responsibilities.
- Manage weekly Sales and Marketing projects, including updating inventory reports, maintaining digital tracking sheets, coordinating sales releases, managing pricing matrices, and ordering sales office supplies.
- Administer brokerage-related tasks, including creating and maintaining MLS listings, processing MLS billing, and managing relationships with state and local Realtor associations.
- Prepare materials for and assist in coordinating sales meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to provide operational and administrative support as needed.
- Support the Marketing Manager with community launch activities and additional marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update the D.R. Horton website to ensure accurate and current content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within D.R. Horton's internal sales platform (DHI).
- Develop and manage MLS listing content, including extensive copywriting and property descriptions.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop to resize and optimize property photography for MLS listings.
- Apply knowledge of metadata and Meta Tags to accurately tag photos and enhance website and listing organization.
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner that supports customer satisfaction, company goodwill, and profitability.
- Work overtime as needed to meet business objectives.
- Travel throughout communities within the South Washington market as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to create graphic illustrations and marketing flyers in Illustrator and Canva.
- Strong creative writing skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and individually.
- Exercise initiative and be proactive.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Provide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via DRH applications.
- Proficiency with MS Office and email, as well as Publisher, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite.
- Ability to sit for the majority of an 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision.
- The noise level is generally moderate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Real Estate and MLS Experience preferred.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience - Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
