• Manage your personal book of inbound leads

• Help team members follow our proven system to drive their own success
• Track progress, coach performance, and participate in leadership calls

Requirements

• Leadership or team-building mindset
• Background in sales, team management, or customer service (a plus)
• No license? No problem — we'll help you get licensed
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using CRM and virtual tools to manage workflow

Qualifications

• Commission-only compensation with monthly bonuses and overrides
• Average full-time income: $90,000–$150,000+
