About the Role
SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee their team of Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive new business development across your region by setting ambitious goals, supporting prospecting efforts, and identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance; provide actionable feedback, set clear expectations, and celebrate wins.
- Collaborate with company leadership to align regional sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Support customer relationships by engaging with key accounts, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring the highest standard of service.
- Champion SRM Concrete’s values in every interaction—modeling integrity, professionalism, and a “We Say Yes” mentality.
- Career Development: Recruit, onboard, and train new Sales Representatives, ensuring they are equipped for success.
