Sales Manager in Training

Job Summary

We are seeking top-performing sales pros to join our Sales Manager in Training role. This 2-quarter track will help you master our system, prove your results, and step into leadership in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Earn the right to lead by becoming a top producer and mastering our proven sales process.
• Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors.
• Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture.
• Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic.
• Maintain Key Performance Bench Marks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry.
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset.
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team.

• Uncapped Earnings Potential: $150,000–$300,000+ OTE
