About the role
Responsible for managing the company's social media presence, engaging with customers, and promoting brand awareness through various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels
- Create and curate content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and blog posts
- Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
- Experience with SEO and content optimization
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
