About the Role
As a Sales Manager at Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will inspire and motivate a diverse leadership and sales team. You will align the team on driving sales, delivering an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring efficient store operations. Your entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury retail business will shape both client and associate experiences.
Your daily presence on the sales floor will drive excellence in client service and provide in-the-moment coaching for associates. You will contribute to marketing and client relationship strategies while executing store initiatives to build trust and drive revenue. Additionally, you will ensure clear communication across the team and lead by example with integrity, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse sales team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Drive an exceptional client experience through direct engagement and associate coaching.
- Develop and execute store strategies to build client and associate relationships and increase revenue.
- Provide input on marketing and client relationship strategies.
- Ensure effective communication is cascaded throughout the team.
- Personally contribute to sales while leading the team to meet performance goals.
- Foster a culture aligned with Giorgio Armani’s vision and values.
Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar retail management role.
- College or post-secondary degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in retail systems and office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Pay
Starting salary of $56,160.00, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission plan depending on the brand.
