About the role

The Sales Manager is responsible for working closely with and supporting the Branch Manager in selling the Coldwell Banker Value Proposition, coaching agents on increased production, and implementing an office culture where agents thrive and want to grow their careers. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in achieving business goals while promoting extraordinary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales associates by supporting the Branch Manager with agent recruiting efforts, onboarding new agents, and coaching and mentoring agents on business strategy and growth.
• Support the day-to-day management of branch operations to maximize profit and organic growth by training and coaching agents on company tools and programs.
• Leverage business relationships both with preferred services and externally in the marketplace.
• Articulate and represent the company’s value proposition and provide support and direction for the staff in the branch office.
• Ensure compliance within the branch office with Company policies and procedures, industry and employment regulations, and state and federal laws, including RESPA and Fair Housing Standards.

Requirements

• Three or more years’ experience selling real estate required.
• Active Real Estate License required.
• Technologically proficient, including familiarity with various operating systems on PCs and Macs.
• Ability to learn new software programs as needed, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe programs (e.g., Adobe Acrobat).
• Working knowledge of business and financial acumen, including demonstrated P&L understanding.
• Experience in training, coaching, and leading people, groups, and organizations preferred.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills; impeccable grammar, both verbal and written, required.
