Experience & Qualifications Needed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 1+ years of Finance experience
- 3 years of previous automotive sales experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
- Lead by example, driving performance and fostering a high-energy, results-driven sales culture
- Build strong relationships with customers and employees to deliver an exceptional sales experience and encourage long-term loyalty
- Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team through ongoing training, performance feedback, and hands-on support
- Maintain sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve dealership sales goals
- Assist the sales team throughout the sales process, helping overcome obstacles and closing deals when needed
- Promote continuous improvement by motivating the team to exceed expectations while upholding the dealership's values and commitment to customer satisfaction
