Position Overview
As the Sales Manager for Aqua Blue Pools, you will lead our sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding our market presence in the swimming pool industry. You will be pivotal in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, ensuring accountability, and driving business growth through effective leadership and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the swimming pool industry.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market trends.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote our brand and products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the swimming pool industry or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve results.
