About the role

The Field Service Sales Manager is responsible for growing aftermarket service revenue through maintenance contracts, battery replacements, startup and commissioning services, spare parts sales, and equipment upgrades. This role uses installed base data, service records, and proactive outreach to identify and develop sales opportunities throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of aftermarket service offerings and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Utilize CRM and service data to identify, manage, and close opportunities.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and key performance metrics.
• Support service pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales teams, service centers, and channel partners to maximize customer opportunities.
• Manage maintenance contract renewals and customer follow-up activities.
• Promote service offerings through customer outreach, email campaigns, and approved digital channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in technical products or aftermarket services.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the electrical, lighting, power systems, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Pay

$80,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD Annually
