This position supports our Valley Forge and western Philadelphia suburbs market, including Paoli, Wayne, King of Prussia, Phoenixville, Exton, Collegeville, and surrounding communities. Placement may occur at various Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while also acting as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Learn and master knowledge and skills to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Establish community relationships essential for building your own business.
• Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition to grow the business and achieve success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
  • Leadership: military, social, or academic organizations.
  • Sports Leadership & Competition: athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be living in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia within 30 days of the anticipated start date.

Pay

The target compensation for this position is $57,530 annually based on a 46-hour workweek.
