Sales Management Trainee Intern- Iowa City, IA Fall 2026

About the role

The Enterprise Management Internship will provide valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As a paid intern, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and gain highly marketable management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals in a team-based environment.
• Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Must be a Senior enrolled for the upcoming semester and set to graduate in December 2026.
• Must have 6 months of customer service, sales and/or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be available to work 25 hours/week.

Benefits

• Part-Time position with a 10-11 week commitment (no more than 90 days).
