The Enterprise Management Internship will provide you with valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Learn what it takes to run a successful business
- Acquire highly marketable skills in management
- Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals
- Work in a team-based environment with peers providing support and guidance
- Engage in intern projects and friendly competition with peers
- Have the opportunity to develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, taking care of customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers
- Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards
Requirements
- Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than December 2026
- Must be committed to work the entire length of the internship from Friday, August 21st through Thursday, November 19th
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years
- Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week, including weekends, throughout the Fall Internship Program
- Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years old
