About the role

The Enterprise Management Internship will provide you with valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Learn what it takes to run a successful business
  • Acquire highly marketable skills in management
  • Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals
  • Work in a team-based environment with peers providing support and guidance
  • Engage in intern projects and friendly competition with peers
  • Have the opportunity to develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, taking care of customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than December 2026
  • Must be committed to work the entire length of the internship from Friday, August 21st through Thursday, November 19th
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years
  • Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week, including weekends, throughout the Fall Internship Program
  • Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years old
