Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

• Master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment
• Get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
• Learn what it means to always put our customers first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or currently enrolled student within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
• No more than 1 excessive speeding violation (26+ mph over posted speed limit) on driving record within the last 3 years
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old
