Why this role matters: This entry-level position maintains a ready-to-shop sales floor while helping customers locate and understand merchandise. The work is active and team-oriented. This is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned areas and proactively assist shoppers
• Recover shelves, racks, displays, and merchandise
• Restock products from backroom inventory
• Communicate inventory or customer needs to store leadership

• Comfortable working on their feet
• Able to communicate clearly with others
• Attentive to accuracy and safety
• Willing to learn established procedures
• Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided
