Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain the appearance of the vehicle lot and showroom
- Park, move, and arrange vehicles for maximum presentation and efficiency
- Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled/charged, and ready for display or test drives
- Inspect inventory for damage or cleanliness issues and report concerns
- Install pricing stickers, tags, and promotional materials on vehicles
- Assist sales team with retrieving and staging vehicles for customers
- Maintain a clean, safe lot by removing debris or hazards
- Follow all dealership safety guidelines and vehicle handling procedures

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive automatic vehicles; manual transmission is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
