About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting needs.
• Monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes to supervisors.
• Manage medications according to prescribed schedules.
• Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks in patient homes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Pass a drug test.
