Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for outside sales and business development to increase service reach.
  • Manage territory accounts and generate leads through proactive outreach.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our healthcare solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of healthcare services or related industries is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Pay

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
