These collaborations have enhanced M&D's remanufacturing capabilities and expanded its part inventory to encompass new, no-core options for fuel injectors, fuel pumps, diesel engine components, and aftertreatment systems.
Position Summary
Sales Level 1 supports M&D's objectives by mastering sales skills through training. The role involves responding to inquiries, conducting outbound calls, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting partnerships.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to website email inquiries
- Answer or direct requests from website chat system
- Answer phone calls and process orders
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and existing Key Account customers
- Qualify customers and sales leads for parts technical staff
- Follow up on sales activity
- Aid in maintaining the HHP customer and parts databases
- Aid in product development
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and excellent client relationships
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators
- Utilize databases proficiently to look up parts, including rebuild kits
- Continue training on engine technology
- Attend Sales Skills Training
- Work Saturday shifts in rotation with other upper-level sales staff
- Follow the HHP system and report any problems to management immediately
Requirements
- High attention to detail and willingness to support across all levels
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Basic understanding of business principles
- Experience in inputting data into computer applications
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening
- Foster good coworker citizenship and contribute to a positive work environment
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
- Cubicle environment with exposure to noise throughout shift
