Position Summary

The Sales & Leasing Associate is responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned homes along with selling brokered homes in a specified manufactured housing community. They represent the benefits of living and owning a Cambio Community, generate leads, coordinate closings, and manage the home leasing program.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Represent the benefits of living and owning a Cambio Community
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Generate and sustain lead production
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are met
  • Assist with coordination of marketing and sales efforts
  • Work with prospects to determine their needs
  • Manage the home leasing program
  • Coordinate closings and complete required closing packages
  • Inspect and recommend purchase of resident-owned homes
  • Coordinate service requests with community management
  • Participate in monthly sales and occupancy variance reporting

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, plus two years related experience in sales, where housing sales experience is preferred
  • Maintain a valid driver license and clean driving record
  • Maintain an active and working personal mobile phone
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, including email and internet use
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
  • Growth mindset; always willing to learn
  • Willingness and ability to present self in a neat, clean, and professional manner

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job may directly supervise one employees within the sales department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
