Sales Learning Content Developer
About the role
The Sales Learning Content Developer designs, develops, and maintains high-quality learning content that equips The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s sales teams to sell confidently, accurately, and consistently in a luxury environment. The role converts business needs, product information, process changes, systems, and sales methodology into clear, engaging, performance-based learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, digital, microlearning, job-aid, and knowledge formats. Working closely with subject-matter experts, facilitators, sales leaders, Marketing, and Sales Operations, the Content Developer applies instructional-design discipline while preserving brand voice and ensuring content is practical for the moment of need.
Primarily office-based/hybrid role in a professional environment with regular use of computers, collaboration technology, and standard office equipment. The role requires effective collaboration with global shoreside and shipboard teams and may include visits to yacht operations,
