Sales Leadership Program
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to extract substantive info. From posting: Division: Nucor Corporation (maybe not needed). Location list: Salt Lake City, Orlando, Miami, Tampa, Houston, Louisville, Kansas City. Other Available Locations: Florida; Kansas; Kentucky; Texas. Could be location info but not a heading; we can put in a
maybe. Compensation: $77,000 Base Salary. About Nucor: paragraphs about safety, culture, etc. Need to Know: safety non-negotiable, structured training, relationship-driven sales role, market-facing field-based work, relocation required, future relocation to any listed locations required (company paid relocation, strictly based on business need) list of cities. Watch videos: we should remove as boilerplate? It's not required but maybe considered promotional; but it's not cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Might keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The video lines are not those; they are promotional but maybe considered part of posting. However they are not essential; but we can keep as part of description? Might be considered filler. Safer to omit? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The video lines are not substantive for job duties; they are just promotional. Could be considered not essential but still part of posting. I'd keep them maybe under a paragraph? But they are not under a heading; we could include them in a paragraph under About the role? Might be okay. What You'll Do: list of duties. What We're Looking For: Required and Preferred. Pay, Benefits & Career Growth: includes pay weekly with bonus and profit sharing, career pathways, paid training, paid vacation, holidays, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, scholarship program, medical/dental/vision after 30 days, company-paid life and disability insurance, company matching 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, drug free workplace statement, EEO statements (should remove EEO boilerplate). Also "Our Commitment to a Drug Free Workplace" is substantive? It's about drug screening requirement; we can keep as part of Requirements maybe. We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe the About Nucor paragraph). Responsibilities (What You'll Do). Requirements (Required qualifications). Qualifications (maybe Preferred? Actually Qualifications could be both required and preferred? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which content fits each. We have: - About the role: description of role, maybe the "What You'll Do" is responsibilities, but About the role could be overview: "The Sales Leadership Program is an entry-level development role that trains individuals to become scrap buyers..." That's from What You'll Do first sentence. Could be About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet list after "Duties of the role include but are not limited to:"). - Requirements: Required qualifications (Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Sales, Economics, Finance, or related field; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively; Exceptional organizational skills, customer service, and adaptability; Ability to make quick decisions with confidence.) - Qualifications: Preferred qualifications (Continuous improvement mindset and creative problem solving; Ability to interface effectively with customers and teammates; Previous leadership experience; Previous sales and/or customer service experience; Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; Bilingual in English and Spanish.) - Skills: maybe we could combine some? But we already used Requirements and Qualifications. Could put skills like "Ability to make quick decisions with confidence" etc but that's already in Requirements. Could leave Skills empty? But we must not emit heading with filler. So we should omit Skills if no specific content distinct. - Benefits: list of benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability Insurance, 401K and Roth accounts, Profit sharing, Pay-for-performance bonuses, Paid parental leave, Tuition reimbursement, Stock program, Scholarships and more; also Paid Weekly with Bonus and Profit Sharing; Paid Training; Paid Vacation – 3 weeks after 1 year; Paid Holidays – 10 per year and 1 personal day; Parental Leave; Tuition Reimbursement - $5,250 year for teammates, $2,625 for spouses; Scholarship Program – Every child of a Nucor teammate is eligible for $4,000 per year; Low-cost medical, dental, vision after 30 days; Company-paid life and disability insurance; Company matching 401(k) plan; Employee stock purchase plan – we match 10% of your purchase.) - Pay: Compensation: $77,000 Base Salary; also Paid Weekly with Bonus and Profit Sharing (but that is also benefit/pay). Could put Pay section with base salary and mention weekly pay with bonus/profit sharing. - Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned; maybe "Expect frequent travel." Not schedule. Could omit Schedule. Also location info: Could be placed in a paragraph under About the role or separate? Not a heading. We'll include a
with location details. Also "Relocation required - Mobility is critical and relocation may be required after training. Future relocation to any listed locations is REQUIRED (company paid relocation, strictly based on business need) Cincinnati, Houston, Kansas City, Louisville, Miami, Orlando, Salt Lake City, St. Louis, Tampa". This is substantive; could be part of Responsibilities or a separate section? Could be under Requirements? It's about relocation requirement. Could be under Responsibilities? Might be better as its own paragraph under About the role or a separate section like "Relocation". But we don't have a heading for relocation; we could put it in a paragraph under About the role or Responsibilities. I'll include it in a paragraph under About the role after the overview. Also "Need to Know" section includes safety non-negotiable, structured training, relationship-driven sales role, market-facing field-based work, relocation required, future relocation... plus watch videos. We can incorporate those into About the role or Responsibilities. To avoid duplication, we need to parse. Let's structure:

We should not include Schedule heading as no info. We must not include duplicated lines, EEO boilerplate, drug free workplace statement? The drug free workplace statement is substantive? It says "Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening, which includes both urine and hair follicle testing." That is a requirement; could be added to Requirements or a separate note. But we already have Requirements; we could add a bullet there. However the instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Drug free workplace is not EEO; it's a requirement. Might keep. But we also have "Our Commitment to a Drug Free Workplace: Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening, which includes both urine and hair follicle testing." plus repeated EEO lines. We'll keep the drug screening requirement as a bullet under Requirements. Add to Requirements bullet: "Must pass pre‑employment drug screening (urine and hair follicle testing)." Also "Nucor is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer – M/F/Disabled/Vets – and a drug – free workplace" duplicated; we remove. Now check for any other substantive info: "Structured training to Buyer role - 6-12 month hands-on development program designed to teach the full scrap buying process." Already covered in responsibilities bullet about 6-12 months training. "Relationship-driven sales role - Heavy focus on building and managing customer/vendor relationships." Covered. "Market-facing and field-based work - Time in scrap yards, customer visits, market trend learning, and frequent travel." Covered. "Relocation required - Mobility is critical and relocation may be required after training." Already. "Future relocation to any listed locations is REQUIRED (company paid relocation, strictly based on business need) Cincinnati, Houston, Kansas City, Louisville, Miami, Orlando, Salt Lake City, St. Louis, Tampa" Already.
