City Wide is expanding its footprint into Pasadena and East LA.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an established territory with recurring contract revenue
• Manage an exclusive, protected territory with strong market potential

• Manage low overhead and no need to manage hourly crews, equipment, or inventory
• Serve as a single point of contact for commercial clients, simplifying facility management

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales and/or business development leadership experience
• Professional leadership or management background preferred
• Interest in B2B services and franchise ownership

Pay

Under Item 7, the estimated initial investment for a City Wide franchise is $229,729 to $410,730. That range includes the upfront franchise fee, training fee, territory fee, technology fee, opening costs, and additional funds for the first three months of operations.
