Sales Leader
Overview
PHOENIX PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Express focuses on modern, confident, and effortless style for various occasions, with stores in the US and Puerto Rico, and online platforms. Bonobos is a menswear brand known for exceptional fit and innovative retail models.
Responsibilities
- Drive operations on the sales floor and stockroom
- Assist in training associates and delivering great in-store shopping experiences
- Partner with Store Management for associate performance feedback
- Train associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures
- Execute action plans to optimize results
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring appropriate associate coverage
- Oversee and authorize the checkout experience
- Manage merchandise flow, including shipment, replenishment, and omni-channel operations
- Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members
- Build an effective schedule with the right associates in the right place at the right time
- Promote and support a customer-focused environment
- Resolve customer service issues to a positive outcome
- Lead and model the customer experience model
- Display expert knowledge of product, company policies, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Support product launches, window changes, visual presentation standards, and signage placement
Required Experience & Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent Education
- 1+ Years of Retail Experience Preferred
- Proficient in using technology (iPad, registers)
- Maintains defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements

Pay Range
$19.25 - $26.35 per hour
