Sales Leader

Overview

PHOENIX PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Express focuses on modern, confident, and effortless style for work, everyday, and special occasions. Bonobos is known for exceptional fit and a personalized retail model. Both brands are available in stores, online, and through mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Drive operations on the sales floor and stockroom
• Motivate associates to maximize sales potential
• Coach/train associates for efficient and effective floor operations, customer service, coverage, stockroom management, and adherence to standards
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures
• Execute action plans to optimize results
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring appropriate associate coverage for a great customer experience
• Oversee and authorize the checkout experience
• Manage merchandise flow, including shipment, replenishment, omni-channel operations, in the store
• Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members
• Build an effective schedule with the right associate in the right place at the right time
• Promote and support an environment focused on delivering great in-store customer experiences
• Resolve customer service issues to a positive outcome
• Lead and model the customer experience model
• Display expert knowledge of product, company policies, promotions, loyalty programs
• Support product launches, window changes, visual presentation standards, signage placement, etc.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent Education
• 1 Year of Relevant Experience
• Proficient in using technology (iPad, registers)
• Maintains defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours
• Maintains physical requirements
