Responsibilities
Set Sales Strategy - Determine direction and scope for the sales force to compete successfully in the market, meet needs of customers, gain advantage over competitors, and exploit or create new opportunities.
Execute Sales Strategy - Implement sales strategy through selecting, training, motivating and supporting the sales force, setting sales revenue targets, sales revenue forecasts and sales plans.
Sales Management - Manage the productivity of the sales force, set expectations, monitor and evaluate sales performance, motivate and mentor sales associates and develop the sales team.
Drive Solutions Sales - Work with Solutions Director and team to drive solution sales in areas like digital, gear, lighting, tools and safety, prefab, mod shop, and secure a position as the electrical distributor of choice.
Achieve Financial Goals - Continually monitor area financial activities in order to guide and direct others to meet their goals, objectives and priorities.
Administrative - Carry out responsibilities and daily activities related to reporting and analytics for sales performance and management.
Employee Development - Encourage associates to acquire new or advanced skills, knowledge and viewpoints by providing learning opportunities and avenues where such new ideas can be applied.
Performance Management - Add value to the organization by promoting improved job performance of our Sales Associates.
Drive for Results - Demonstrate concern for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external standard of excellence. Display passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales (Electrical Industry preferred)
Displayed Leadership roles effectively motivating, delegating, and communicating vision to
Ability to create and execute Sales Strategy and communicate effectively
Requirements
