Sales Lead - The Promenade Shops at Centerra

About the Role

As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support. As a role model for the team, you demonstrate a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders

What You'll Bring

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
