Sales Lead - Strip District

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Lead to join our team at the Strip District location. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail and committed to ensuring our team delivers a genuine, memorable experience that aligns with Steel City Values.

Responsibilities

• Help the Assistant Manager ensure processes follow company standards
• Lead and motivate team members during shifts to meet sales goals
• Open and close the store as needed
• Provide customers with an authentic and welcoming experience reflecting Steel City pride

Requirements

• Prior customer service or retail experience (preferred)
• Confident communicator and team motivator
• A passion for local culture, style, and representing Pittsburgh pride
• Flexible availability for part-time hours (20+ hours per week including weekends and holidays)
