We are seeking a Sales Lead for our Ross Park Mall location at Steel City. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail and committed to ensuring our team delivers a genuine and memorable experience that aligns with our brand values.

Responsibilities

• Help the Assistant Manager ensure processes adhere to company standards
• Lead and motivate team members to meet sales goals during shifts
• Open and close the store as needed
• Provide guests with an authentic and welcoming experience reflecting Steel City values

Requirements

• Prior customer service or retail experience (preferred)
• Confident communication and team motivation skills
• A passion for local culture, style, and representing Pittsburgh pride
• Flexible availability for part-time hours (20+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays)
