About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.

  • Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
