About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring high-quality products are available, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
