About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all products are accurately displayed and priced, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Perform cash transactions and manage sales records accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with all store policies and safety regulations.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
  • Qualifications
