About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring high-quality products are available to customers, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain product quality and availability.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices.
