Sales Lead, Part-time - Charleston

About the role

This position is responsible for managing the online store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints through email and live chat.
• Process orders efficiently and ensure accurate shipment to customers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain product quality and availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or e-commerce.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with inventory management systems.

Pay
