About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Process orders efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
