Sales Lead Part Time

Visionworks is looking for charismatic individuals to be the heart of the brand, delivering friendly service both over the phone and in‑store while helping customers look great and see great.

Pay

Part‑time: $17.13 – $20.22 per hour (actual pay determined by experience and market factors; eligible for bonuses, equity, and commissions).

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye‑care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development to ensure eyewear is “Right the First Time.”
• Troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary.
• Execute day‑to‑day operational activities to support the store’s financial and customer‑experience goals, including opening and closing the store (lead positions only).

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience (within Visionworks or another organization) or ABO certification in lieu of experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain optician license requirements per state guidelines, as needed (licensed where required).
