Sales Lead Part Time

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the customer/patient experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye‑care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through ongoing training and development to ensure eyewear is “Right the First Time.”
• Execute day‑to‑day operational activities to support the store’s financial and customer‑experience goals, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear for shipment.

Qualifications

• 12 months of optical experience (within Visionworks or another organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience.
• For remote or hybrid roles, must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment.

Pay

Part‑time position; pay rate $20.82–$22.88 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job‑related factors; the role may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and commissions.
