What You’ll Do

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while inspiring the team with updates on new merchandise and operations.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $17–$22
• Bonus: 1–2% on sales goals met (excludes tax, gift cards, employee purchases)
• Uncapped weekly bonuses, monthly averages of $400–$800+ for top performers

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18
• Proven sales experience (verifiable)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Self-motivated, hardworking, and team-oriented
