About the role
This role is responsible for identifying, researching, qualifying, and maintaining prospective customer leads to support business development and sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and qualify prospective customers through various lead generation channels.
- Conduct outreach activities to gather information, assess customer needs, and determine sales potential.
- Verify and validate lead data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect information within CRM systems.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and key business intelligence to support sales activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Auxiliary in executing lead generation campaigns and prospecting initiatives.
- Monitor lead activity and provide regular updates on lead status and conversion progress.
- Support trade shows, networking events, promotional activities, and other business development initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, customer service, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems, preferred.
- Exposure to business development, prospecting, or customer acquisition activities, preferred.

- Knowledge of lead generation and prospecting principles.
- Strong research, analytical, and information-gathering skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.

Pay
$52,200.00 - $69,000.00 per year
Schedule
The general schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Schedules may change based on business needs. May include holidays and alternate workdays or hours as needed.
