About the role
At noissue, we build tools, products, and experiences for the next generation of business owners. We empower brands to express their identity through design, viewing packaging as part of their brand experience, supply chain, and values.
Responsibilities
- Partner with some of the world’s most exciting, ambitious, brand-led businesses to support their primary packaging as they grow
- Build genuine, long-term relationships - becoming a trusted partner, not just a supplier
- Owning and expanding a portfolio of accounts through thoughtful, strategic growth
- Proactively connect with brands that align with noissue’s values and long-term vision
- Visit key customers quarterly to stay close to their teams, operations, and brand evolution
- Craft tailored proposals that balance brand ambition, operational realities, and commercial outcomes
- Manage a clean pipeline and deliver against revenue targets
- Own the full customer journey end-to-end
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for your customers internally
- Lead and mentor a small team of Account Managers, fostering a high-performance, relationship-first culture
Requirements
- A strong understanding of brand and the critical role packaging plays in perception and customer experience
- Someone who values human connection and long-term relationship building over transactional selling
- Confident in core sales fundamentals and account growth
- Experience selling physical products or working alongside supply chain/operations teams
- A thoughtful, collaborative leader who can coach others while driving strong commercial results
- Highly organized, commercially minded, and aligned with noissue’s values around quality and doing business the right way
Qualifications
- Nice to have: established network in New York's coffee, cafe, bakery or quick-service restaurant space
Skills
- Strong understanding of brand and packaging
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales and account management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
