Responsibilities
- Act as a personal stylist – curate outfits, suggest complementary pieces, and ensure every customer looks and feels their best.
- Engage in the fitting room – provide hands-on styling advice, introduce additional options, and turn try-ons into purchases.
- Lead by example – set the tone with high-energy selling, exceed personal sales goals, and drive the team toward success.
- Motivate & inspire – keep the team energized, coach on effective selling techniques, and create a results-driven culture.
- Be the expert – stay on top of the latest collections, bestsellers, and styling trends to maximize every sales opportunity.
- Maintain a flawless store – keep the sales floor and fitting rooms organized, visually appealing, and ready for the next shopper.

Pay
The base hourly range for this position is $23-$26. Full Time expected annual earnings of $45,000-$60,000 (hourly plus bonus). Keep in mind that the actual offer will depend on things like your experience, and performance — so in some cases, it might be a little higher than the range listed here. Also, salary is just one piece of the overall package! Schedule
- Full Time roles: Available during standard business hours, with flexibility for weekends and evenings.
- Part Time roles: Available during regular business hours, with flexibility for weekends and evenings.
Compensation
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
