Sales Lead

Sales Leadership & Floor Execution (including Ups Management)

• Provide floor leadership in the absence of a manager
• Active selling while leading the sales floor
• Manage Ups (likely referring to a specific program or system)

Customer Experience & Guest Support

• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Support guest needs and satisfaction

Inventory Management, Promotion Control & Cash Handling

• Manage inventory levels
• Control promotions and pricing
• Handle cash transactions

Facilities & Building Oversight

• Oversee store facilities and building operations

Culture Management & Communication (including Huddle Leadership)

• Manage and foster a positive work environment
• Lead huddles and other communication sessions

Store Operations & Standards

• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Promote and maintain high standards

Training & Performance Management

• Train new associates
• Manage associate performance

KPI Reporting & Management Meetings

• Report key performance indicators
• Organize and lead management meetings

BEDDING FINANCE / PROTECTION FINANCE

• Manage bedding finance and protection finance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail sales, specifically furniture (preferred)

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Occasional lifting
