Role Overview

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently call and follow up on leads
  • Understand prospect needs and pre-qualify for services
  • Communicate value of services and process
  • Schedule sales appointments and document data in Salesforce

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-3 years sales experience, preferably telesales
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Self-motivated and organized with a positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + uncapped commissions and weekly bonuses
  • Top performers earning $140,000–$160,000 annually

Work Environment

  • Full-time onsite position at a modern office in Franklin, TN
  • 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday, 9:00am–7:00pm)
