About the role

We seek a junior or senior college student to join our Sales department, embracing our culture of excellence, service, and integrity. This internship provides on-the-job training in a respectful, friendly work environment within a growing company. The position is located in Newton, MA, and requires working on-site in a facility with high consideration for health safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Provides general administrative support to the internal sales team and works on special projects and campaigns as assigned.
• Communicates with clients as directed, responding to inquiries and reaching out to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Makes sales support calls to current and prospective clients in the industry by phone.
• Revises customer lists and ensures all are up-to-date and correct.
• Submits a weekly report showing the progress of calls made and sales generated.

Requirements

• Undergraduate enrolled in a BS degree program with a major in Sales/Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Some customer service or marketing experience with proven ability to build relationships with clients is preferred.
• Must be comfortable calling clients and quickly responding to customer questions and emails.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; solid Excel skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
