Position Overview

As an Intern, you will lead a high-impact project focused on improving how commercial and sales content is organized, accessed, and utilized across the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in sales enablement, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cover conduct a comprehensive audit of existing commercial collateral, including presentations and case studies, across shared drives, team folders, and individual storage locations.

  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple business units to understand current materials, gaps, and needs.

  • Identify outdated, duplicative, and missing content.

  • Organize and consolidate materials into a centralized working repository.

  • Develop a structured and tiered content framework, including:

    • Enterprise-level messaging

    • Business unit-level modular assets

    • Application and market-specific collateral

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Technical teams, and Sales leaders to align messaging and format where applicable.

  • Support the development of a scalable and user-friendly commercial collateral library.

  • Prepare and deliver a final presentation to leadership outlining findings, gaps, solutions, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Current junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Availability to work onsite in Pawtucket, RI. Full-time (40 hours per week; Monday–Friday).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive preferred).

  • Ability to manage and synthesize large amounts of information.

  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different functions.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other relevant standards.

  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.

  • Ability to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
